2, and then maybe when we operate, it may be that we wear the belt incorrectly, in this case, we need to re-wear the operator;
3, when we wear the belt, see if the belt size is appropriate, whether the gap needs to be adjusted, because if the gap is too large, the packing belt certainly can not operate normally, if normal, the gap of the conveyor gear should be thicker than the packing belt 0.05-1MM;
4, to see if there is a foreign body in the belt, whether it affects our packaging belt, which requires our operators to clean the machine before use, to ensure that the belt is clean, to prevent the conveyor is not smooth, to ensure that we normally pack;


5, confirm that we use the packaging belt, is appropriate, for different packaging equipment, the choice of packaging belt is not the same, so we must pay attention to the thickness and width of the packaging belt, must be appropriate;
6, finally, there may be a problem with the electromagnet of the machine, which requires our technicians to check whether the coil is burned out, if so, we will replace it.
