Automatic box packing machine is an automated equipment mainly used to automatically pack medicine bottles, medicine boards, ointments, etc. with instructions into folding paper boxes and complete the box covering action. Some fully functional automatic box packing machines also come with additional functions such as attaching sealing labels or performing heat shrink wrapping.
Working Principle:
The working process of an automatic box packing machine can be roughly divided into four stages: placing the box, opening, filling, and closing the lid. The bottom box action is usually performed by a suction cup sucking a paper box from the paper box feeding port, descending onto the main line of box loading, fixing the paper box with a guide rail slot, and opening the paper box with a push plate. After filling the filling area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then perform the closing action. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the paper box, and then a push plate will push the box cover to bend, allowing the tongue to be inserted into the box and the lock buckle to be fastened.
