Adjust the height of the upper cover plate: fold the bottom of the carton to the position of the discharge port, adjust the height of the cover plate on the unpacking machine according to the height of the carton, and adjust the height to press the carton but not affect the transmission of the carton;
4, adjust the belt width: fold the bottom of the carton in the middle of the belt, manually adjust the belt width, two belt width to clamp the carton but can drive the carton is appropriate.
After the above steps are adjusted, first take a carton for step-by-step action, observe whether each action is smooth, and then fine-tune it if it is not smooth, until all the actions are smooth, and then put a carton for continuous action. When a carton can be unpacked smoothly, fill the hopper bin for batch testing. Then, the whole adjustment work of the unpacking machine is basically completed.
