First, the cassette phenomenon: the main performance is that the tape is stuck in the middle of the roller, can not operate, or there is a foreign body can not be removed, resulting in the cassette, then you need technical personnel or operators to open the hexagonal nut washer, loosen the two M5 countersink screws on the middle connection shaft, because the two screws are fixed in the gap part of the connection shaft, so the screws must be turned on; Remove the connecting shaft, pick up the upper turbine, remove the clamp, and restore the machine to its original appearance.


Second, the baler does not cut the belt after tying: Generally, this situation is mostly caused by the packaging belt is too tight, and the operator needs to adjust the tightness.


Third, the baler is not out of the belt: This kind of failure is still more common, the operator should check whether the length of the belt is adjusted correctly, and then see whether the belt process is correct; If not, see if there are any foreign objects stuck near the conveyor roller.


Warm reminder: in daily work, when the baler fails, it should be repaired according to the relevant symptoms of the machine, and must not be handled without authority, otherwise, it may cause certain damage to the machine due to improper operation, resulting in irreparable consequences.
