How is the sealing machine installed tape, and then what should be paid attention to in the installation process?
First, installation method:
1. We put the new tape roll on the mandrel of the automatic sealing machine, and then slowly pull out the tape, and bypass the outer drum, inner drum and lower drum in the correct direction of travel, and then take it out from the lower sensitive drum. Throughout the process, it must be noted that the adhesive surface of the tape is always facing outward.
2. After the tape is correctly placed, the position of the tape should be adjusted: if the tape is not on the center line of the box, the nut on the mandrel of the automatic sealing machine should be loosened, and then the mandrel should be adjusted using a screwdriver so that the position of the tape can be adjusted, and the nut can be tightened after adjustment to the appropriate position.
3. After adjusting the position of the tape, continue to adjust the tension of the tape. Turn the knob of the automatic sealing machine to keep the rolling speed of the tape moderate. Then adjust the front and back positions of the nuts and screws to change the elasticity of the long tension spring of the pendulum rod, thereby controlling the tension of the tape. Turn the knob clockwise, the tension of the belt will increase, otherwise it will become smaller. The screws on the swing rod will be adjusted forward of the belt
Tension increases, and vice versa.
